These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Inner World Guides LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read and understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms and to stay informed of updates.
Our Website is intended for individuals over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you should not access or use our Website.
1. Nature of Service:
Inner World Guides Services, including HeartHealing™, Ancestral HeartHealing™ and/or Quantum HeartHealing™ sessions, do not include medical diagnosis or treatment. HeartHealing™ sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a licensed medical practitioner for any medical concerns.
There is not, nor will there be, any type of psychological therapy/counseling included within the sessions or Services. If these services are needed, or the need for them is identified at any stage during the session or our work together, it is your responsibility to seek these services from a licensed professional.
2. Package Details:
The HeartHealing™ packages (including Ancestral HeartHealing™ and Quantum HeartHealing™) span multiple timeframes. All sessions take place on Zoom. The HeartHealing™ packages include consultations, Success Imprint recordings, and HeartHealing™ sessions, along with supplementary resources.
3. Client Responsibilities:
It is crucial for clients to listen to the personalized audio recordings as directed and attend sessions without distractions. If rescheduling is necessary, you must do so at least 48 hours before the session to avoid a $99 charge.
3. Practitioner Cancellations:
If we have to cancel a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and make every effort to reschedule to a mutually convenient time as soon as is reasonably possible.
By participating in our Services you acknowledge understanding the nature of HeartHealing™ sessions at Inner World Guides. You confirm that you are not suffering from conditions like epilepsy or psychosis, which are generally not recommended for hypnotherapy.
You agree to use our Services at your own risk and release Inner World Guides from any liability concerning your mental and physical well-being, during or after the treatment. Any decisions you make in response to information gained through our Services are your own responsibility and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless against any outcome.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH Payments (e check) US only.
All prices are in US Dollars.
1. Payment Schedule:
The Fee is either paid in full or divided into pre-arranged installments, due at specified intervals over the service period. Each payment is outlined in the agreement and must be paid in full and on time.
2. Refunds Policy:
Payments are non-refundable, except if the session is canceled in writing within 14 days from payment, before sessions begin OR if we are unable to deliver the program or service due to a fault or failure.
3. Price Adjustments:
We reserve the right to change our fees, packages or programs at any time but will honor the rate set at the beginning of our agreement for its duration.
While Inner World Guides Services, including HeartHealing® sessions, aim to address emotional blocks and other limitations, we DO NOT guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on the client's openness, motivation, adherence to the session's recommendations, and other factors outside of our control.
1. Information Confidentiality:
All information shared is confidential, except as required by law. Certain circumstances, such as suspected abuse or legal proceedings, may necessitate disclosure of information without prior consent.
2. Session Recording Consent:
Clients give permission for video and/or audio recordings during sessions, with full copyright held by the practitioner. (Recordings of sections of the sessions are made to create the Success Imprint and for NO other purpose.)
3. Data Storage:
Personal information, including session recordings, are securely stored for 2 years post service and then destroyed. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss, breach or corruption of your personal information, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss, breach or corruption of such data.

2. Concerns or Complaints:
If you have any concerns about our Website or our Services, you agree to let us know by email and give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and resolve your concerns (30 days) through good faith negotiation before you take any further action. (See Dispute Resolution below for details on further actions).
When you purchase our Services, you agree and undertake that you WILL NOT copy, reproduce, sell, license, share or distribute any of our Content, record any webinars, online or in-person events, videos, Sessions, or any Content, or infringe any of our copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. Our services are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
If you wish to make any use of the Services, content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to: official@innerworldguides.com. If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services, Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appear or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our content.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Content, and Marks.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
If you share testimonials, reviews, comments, information, graphics, or images (“Client Content”) with us, you grant us permission to use that Client Content in our business promotions. You confirm that you have the legal right to share it and that it doesn’t infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
The Services may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video , information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Such Third-Party Websites and Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. If you decide to leave the Services and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party content, you do so at your own risk. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, on any websites to which you navigate from the Services. Any purchases you make through Third-Party Websites will be through other websites and we take no responsibility in relation to such purchases or any outcome of such purchases.
These Legal terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
1. Good Faith:
Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has acted in good faith, and agrees to continue to so act, in the negotiation, execution, delivery, performance, and any termination of this Agreement.
2. Dispute Resolution Process:
If a dispute is not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the parties to this Agreement, every controversy or dispute to this Agreement will be submitted to an arbitration process. The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand and shall take place in Wisconsin, USA, or via telephone. The Parties shall cooperate in exchanging and expediting discovery as part of the arbitration process and shall cooperate with each other to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period. The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs, including legal fees) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review, and may be entered and enforced in any court of proper jurisdiction, either as a judgment of law or decree in equity, as circumstances may indicate.
There may be information on the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
